Job Responsibilities
- Prepare consistent food items for à la carte and buffet menus according to recipes and property standards.
- Check taste, temperature, visual appeal, quality, and portion consistency.
- Conduct quality checks on pastry products to maintain presentation and taste standards.
- Follow safety, health, security, loss-control, food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and government requirements.
- Communicate with team members and seek guest feedback.
- Share ideas to improve the working environment and menus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Five-star hotel experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and ISO standards is required.
- Strong presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail are expected.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and grooming standards are expected.
