- Demand forecast using Area Sales submission after analyzing data, historical sales trend, and market analysis
- Monitor and adjust forecast regularly to reflect actual sales performance, market trends, and seasonality
- Monitor stock on continuous basis to avoid out of stock or overstocking situations
- Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to align production schedules and stock levels with forecasted demand
- Work closely with factory and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet demand
