Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Writer role based in Bengaluru.
- The Writer will develop clear, well structured content related to quality management systems, including reports, manuals, guidelines, case studies, and internal documentation.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting interviews with subject matter experts, gathering and organizing information, and transforming technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
- The Writer will revise and update existing materials, ensure consistency in tone and terminology, and follow internal style guidelines and documentation standards.
- The role also involves collaborating with researchers, quality professionals, and project leads to meet deadlines and support ongoing studies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and well organized content for technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience interpreting complex or technical information and translating it into structured documents, reports, or guides.
- Proficiency in English grammar, syntax, and usage, with careful attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Comfort working on site in Bengaluru and collaborating closely with cross functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured, research driven environment.
- Familiarity with quality management concepts, standards, or regulated environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms) to prepare and track documents.
