- Own fleet transition and variation impact analyses, providing recommendations on spare parts strategy and surplus risk
- Translate supply chain modelling outputs into actionable inventory strategies to support operational readiness
- Lead governance ready inventory reviews, ensuring leadership visibility into service risks and financial impacts
- Proactively manage inventory optimization levers such as allotment strategy, redeployment, and surplus reduction
- Continuously improve planning assumptions, data quality, and system usage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of inventory forecasting and supply planning principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with PowerBI and supply chain modeling tools is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast paced environment

Overview
- The Demand Planning Analyst will contribute to maintaining aircraft availability by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time at optimal cost, balancing service level, budget, and inventory growth.

Qualifications
