Demand Planner

Portfolio and Inventory Management

• Manage phase-in and phase-out transitions for new product launches.
• Maintain excess and obsolete inventory below 1% through collaboration with global initiative leaders.
• Strategize stock deployment to maintain 75-day inventory holding at local distribution centres.
• Balance service levels with working capital constraints.

Supply Chain Optimization

• Lead cross-functional projects that improve structural supply chain efficiency and deliver cost savings.
• Identify network optimization opportunities such as adding strategic import locations.
• Optimize product transfers between manufacturing plants and container utilization to reduce logistics costs.

Key Requirements

• MBA from a premier institute such as IIM, NITIE, S.P. Jain, or IIT.
• Minimum 5–7 years of prior experience.
• Demand planning experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Technical knowledge of SAP, IBP, Kinaxis, O9, Advanced Excel, and forecasting tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
