We are looking for an analytical and experienced individual to fill the role of Demand Planner.
The Demand Planner is responsible for working closely with the Channel Team and Sales Leaders to accurately forecast promotional and run rate business for their account.
You will own all forecasting activities associated with your account: develop unit forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends to improve forecast accuracy, perform root cause analysis of demand issues, and provide monthly Sales & Operations updates to the leadership team.
A successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, capable of taking the initiative, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to present and explain data in a logical way.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analysis, or a related analytical function.
Experience managing Amazon (AMZ) accounts is considered an asset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Power Query.
Experience working with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Demantra, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply chain best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and resourceful, with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to optimize processes and key performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
