Own and optimise the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity process, from MQL creation through to Salesforce routing, qualification and opportunity conversion.
Manage lead routing, qualification rules, SLAs and automation workflows to improve visibility, consistency and performance.
Identify and resolve lead leakage, process bottlenecks and handoff issues across Marketing, Inside Sales and Sales teams.

Proven experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, Ecommerce and Commercial teams.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading process improvements from concept through implementation, adoption and continuous optimisation.
Experience with marketing technology, sales enablement platforms and CRM integrations, including connecting websites, automation tools and other business systems.
Knowledge of digital commerce environments, customer journeys, ecommerce processes and areas such as checkout configuration, tax rules and shipping logic.
Experience identifying and implementing automation, AI and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, attribution visibility and commercial outcomes.
