The Opportunity
Grafana Labs is a remote company behind Grafana Cloud, an observability platform used by more than 10,000 organizations.
The Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the customer journey, using lifecycle programs, buying signals, and agentic workflows.
The role focuses first on existing-customer demand generation for expansion, cross-sell, and adoption.
The successful candidate will build with AI by designing agentic workflows that scale demand generation programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own customer lifecycle demand generation programs across email, in-app, web, and field channels with sales and customer teams.
- Support programs across paid, email, events, web, and outbound as team priorities shift.
- Use Claude Code, AI agents, and internal AI infrastructure to automate audience building, content generation, signal detection, and campaign QA.
- Translate marketing signals into account coverage, buying-signal response, and campaign follow-up actions for sellers.
- Instrument programs, report on pipeline impact, and stop programs that are not working.
