Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Manager, the Demand Analyst will join our Planning team on an 8-month fixed-term basis based at our Parts Distribution Centre in South Guildford.
This role plays a critical part in shaping future planning outcomes for our Component Rebuild Centres (CRC) through the analysis of demand signals, identification of trends and translation of complex data into actionable business insights.
Through effective forecasting and strategic analysis, you will provide recommendations that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and business growth.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)
Analyse planned and unplanned component demand signals and translate these into labour and capacity requirements across the CRC network.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis to improve forecast accuracy and support business planning.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights that influence operational and long-term decision making.
Develop and maintain demand planning tools, models and reporting that improve visibility and support forecasting activities across the business.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure demand assumptions, data inputs and planning information are accurate, aligned and support business objectives.
Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience analysing operational, forecasting or demand planning data.
Ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations for business decision-making.
Advanced Excel skills and strong business systems capability.
Highly Desirable Experience within Product Support, Component Rebuild, Maintenance Planning or a similar operational environment.
