- Manage construction activities on site, working with contractors, consultants, and heritage specialists
- Ensure compliance with heritage preservation guidelines, regulations, and international best practices
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including government authorities and cultural agencies
- Implement risk management strategies for heritage asset projects
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet requirements
- Oversee procurement processes for heritage specific materials and services
- Lead health, safety, and environmental management specific to heritage site conditions
- Document and archive project progress, as built drawings, and preservation records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management involving large scale construction or development projects
- Site Management experience
- Experience working with supervision consultants and contractors
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PMP certification is desirable
