Role Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Delivery Project Director to lead the successful delivery of large scale projects within our dynamic development portfolio.
- In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee project execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery excellence aligned with Qiddiya's vision for innovation, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and senior leadership.
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address issues impacting timelines, costs, or quality.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide timely and comprehensive project status reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
