Delivery Manager

Lead and manage technology-focused projects and client engagements end to end.

Define delivery outcomes, success criteria, scope, milestones and delivery plans aligned to business goals.

Deliver projects across a range of enterprise technology areas, including:

Microsoft 365 (collaboration, productivity, tenant migrations and adoption)

Infrastructure services (networking, hosting, connectivity and cloud foundations)

ServiceNow and ITSM tooling implementations or improvements

End User Services / Compute, including device rollouts and modern workplace programmes

Cloud Transformations & Migrations across Azure & AWS.

Identity and Access Management solutions

Cyber Security initiatives and controls

Build strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, customers and third-party suppliers.

Put in place appropriate delivery governance, reporting, financial controls and risk management.

Apply suitable delivery and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid), tailoring them to the engagement.

Manage delivery to time and budget, including fixed-price engagements.

Proactively manage risks, issues and changes in scope, proposing pragmatic solutions.

Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to delivery teams, creating clarity and confidence throughout delivery.

2-4+ years’ experience in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role.

Proven experience delivering technology projects in enterprise environments.

Experience managing delivery budgets and financial reporting.
