Responsibilities
- Work very closely with International Business and internal teams within IT to deliver business requirements
- Handle end to end deliverables to International Business from both functional and technical standpoint
- Drive the team to brainstorm and finalise the business requirements in detail, obtain confirmation from stakeholders and liaise with various teams within IT Dept. for delivery
- Ensure close monitoring of the project while providing senior management with periodic updates, including status reports, key challenges, risks, and mitigation plans
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience with strong Banking domain understanding with hands on experience in executing large & complex Programs
- Must have hands on experience in Payments related Projects, preferably across International regions with focus on GCC region
- Experience in Business Analysis and System Implementation with good exposure
- Knowledge of Business process reengineering principles, best practices and methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
- Good knowledge of Banking products life cycle
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive project work plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience in vendor evaluation and vendor management is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP), Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel & Word

Role Overview
- The role of Delivery Manager – International IT is to work very closely with International Business and internal teams within IT to deliver business requirements.
- Delivery Manager – International IT will be responsible for handling end to end deliverables to International Business from both functional and technical standpoint.
- Delivery Manager – International IT needs to drive the team to brainstorm and finalise the business requirements in detail, obtain confirmation from stakeholders and liaise with various teams within IT Dept. for delivery.
- He/ She should be well versed with various banking applications used across banking domain / the bank's International locations.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience with strong Banking domain understanding with hands on experience in executing large & complex Programs.
- Must have hands on experience in Payments related Projects, preferably across International regions with focus on GCC region.
- Experience in Business Analysis and System Implementation with good exposure.
- Knowledge of Business process reengineering principles, best practices and methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) in the market is essential.
- Good knowledge of Banking products life cycle.
- Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive project work plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring close monitoring and timely delivery of all project milestones
- Ensure close monitoring of the project while providing senior management with periodic updates, including status reports, key challenges, risks, and mitigation plans
- Experience in vendor evaluation and vendor management is essential.
