Role Overview

  • Work very closely with International Business and internal teams within IT to deliver business requirements.
  • Handle end to end deliverables to International Business from both functional and technical standpoint.
  • Drive the team to brainstorm and finalise the business requirements in detail.
  • Obtain confirmation from stakeholders and liaise with various teams within IT Dept. for delivery.
  • Be well versed with various banking applications used across banking domain / the bank's International locations.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience with strong Banking domain understanding with hands on experience in executing large & complex Programs.
  • Hands on experience in Payments related Projects, preferably across International regions with focus on GCC region.
  • Experience in Business Analysis and System Implementation with good exposure.
  • Knowledge of Business process reengineering principles, best practices and methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Good knowledge of Banking products life cycle.
  • Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive project work plans.
  • Ensure close monitoring of the project while providing senior management with periodic updates.
  • Experience in vendor evaluation and vendor management is essential.

  • Good Interpersonal Relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to gain trust of main interaction points within bank.
  • Ability to understand system design and articulate Business requirements.
  • Effort and cost estimation to arrive at the budget.
  • Dynamic, flexible with high level of energy and positive outlook.
  • Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP), Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel & Word.
  • User management and facilitation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
