Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources across multiple ServiceNow streams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered ServiceNow solutions
- Drive Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery
- Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation and solution planning
- Monitor delivery performance and continuously improve processes and team efficiency
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in IT projects
- Hands-on experience delivering projects involving the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformation programs
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD in ServiceNow environments
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management frameworks
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications)
- Understanding of integrations and enterprise system landscapes
- Experience in product-based or iterative delivery environments
