Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow solutions
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog) from a business perspective
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
  • Participate in testing activities, including UAT, and validate that solutions meet business requirements
  • Assist in prioritization of backlog and support product owners in delivery planning
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvements and propose practical solutions
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementations or transformation projects
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Basic understanding of integrations (REST APIs, SOAP)
  • Experience working in product-oriented environments
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA or Business Analyst-related credentials)
