Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow solutions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog) from a business perspective
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
- Participate in testing activities, including UAT, and validate that solutions meet business requirements
- Assist in prioritization of backlog and support product owners in delivery planning
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB)
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvements and propose practical solutions
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Nice to Have
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations or transformation projects
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Basic understanding of integrations (REST APIs, SOAP)
- Experience working in product-oriented environments
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA or Business Analyst-related credentials)
