Overview
The Delivery Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders and internal teams to drive project success while aligning with Qiddiya's overall development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery phases of commercial office projects.
- Coordinate between design, construction, procurement, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to maintain project alignment and resolve issues.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in project delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
