Delivery Manager

Experience managing complex technology initiatives across planning, scope, budget, risks, dependencies, stakeholders and go-live readiness.

Strong working knowledge of delivery methods, project or program governance, financial controls, assurance checkpoints, readiness and transition.

The ability to influence and align a broad range of stakeholders, including business, Product, Technical, Security, Architecture, vendors and delivery teams.

A structured, evidence-based approach to reporting, decision-making and risk escalation.

Strong judgement and the ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and delivery trade-offs.

Experience delivering digital initiatives within large, complex organisations where multiple stakeholders, integrated systems and shifting priorities are the norm.

Experience delivering in an Agile environment

Experience within the airline, travel or loyalty industries.

Exposure to modern software delivery, integration technologies or ITIL environments.
