We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our Logistics Team. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting Norstar products to customers while providing a professional and positive customer experience.
Operate a company-provided truck and trailer to deliver products safely and efficiently
Load and properly secure products for transportation
Deliver products to customers within approximately a 500-mile radius of Norstar
Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery
Ensure deliveries are completed without damage or claims
Obtain properly signed Proof of Delivery documentation and return paperwork to the appropriate department

Keep the company truck and trailer clean and presentable
Complete regular vehicle and equipment inspections
Report equipment issues promptly so repairs can be addressed
Follow all Norstar safety policies and quality standards
Work closely with the Logistics Manager and other team members
Travel to the United States occasionally as required
Work overtime when required
Valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver's license with air brake endorsement
Ability to provide a clear driver's abstract
Previous load securement experience is an asset
Knowledge of applicable DOT requirements, including Hours of Service and vehicle inspections
Ability to travel to the United States occasionally
Ability to read and understand directions, bills of lading, and packing lists
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Properly securing every load before leaving the facility
Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and Proof of Delivery documentation
Keeping the company vehicle clean, safe, and well maintained
Communicating professionally with customers, the Logistics Team, and leadership
Consistently following safety requirements and applicable driving regulations
Representing Norstar positively at every customer interaction
