Role Summary
Monitor cybersecurity threats and security incidents across company systems.
Detect, analyze, document, and respond to cybersecurity incidents while maintaining system and information security.
Operate security controls and support continuous improvement of monitoring, detection, and response processes.
Monitoring and Incident Response
- Monitor and manage EDR, antivirus, SIEM, WAF, firewall, NAC, proxy, and HX security controls.
- Classify security alerts and events by severity and impact and take appropriate action.
- Notify system owners, initiate response actions, escalate incidents, and document findings and actions.
- Investigate cybersecurity incidents and cyberattacks and analyze relevant indicators.
