To be successful, you will have:
Experience supporting digital platforms, websites, portals or business applications
Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
Experience managing user enquiries and issue resolution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to learn and support new systems and technologies quickly
Exposure to CMS, CRM, dealer platforms or web technologies will be highly regarded
Automotive or dealer network experience will be advantageous
