- Territory Leadership: Lead and grow our Dealer business in BC, cultivating long-term relationships with Dealer partners.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to build and execute a strategic growth plan for your territory.
- Forecasting & Targets: Own accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting, and meet or exceed volume and profitability targets.
- Dealer Training: Train and coach Dealers on Durabuilt products and systems to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Customer Onboarding: Onboard new customers and connect them with our Account, Scheduling, Shipping, and Accounting teams.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with home builders, contractors, and architects to drive business into your Dealers.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your pipeline and activities using Salesforce CRM and quoting via ERP.
- Industry Presence: Represent Durabuilt at industry association events and expand your network.
- Experience: 8+ years of B2B account management experience with a proven revenue attainment record.
- Client Service: A track record of exceptional client service through proactive lead generation and consultative selling.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Dealer, residential construction, and/or architect/designer community.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Education: A diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce (or comparable industry experience).
- Flexibility: A valid Class 5 license and willingness to travel your assigned territory, including overnight stays.
