A confidential company is seeking a Datacenter Supervisor to oversee 24x7 data center operations, manage critical infrastructure, lead incident response, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

- Supervise 24x7 data center operations and ensure uptime and availability of critical infrastructure
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems; review operational logs, alarms, and event reports
- Manage UPS, generators, PDU, ATS, CRAC/CRAH, chillers, and cooling systems
- Lead incident response and escalation management; participate in Major Incident Management (MIM)
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Review and approve infrastructure changes; ensure compliance with Change Management processes
- Supervise Data Center Operators and Engineers; manage shift schedules and resource allocation
- Coordinate with OEMs, facility vendors, and service providers; review vendor performance against SLAs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and organizational policies; maintain audit records
- Monitor power, cooling, rack space, and network utilization; forecast capacity requirements
- Identify service gaps and improvement opportunities; drive operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in datacenter operations and critical facilities management
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems (UPS, generators, PDU, CRAC, chillers)
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Team leadership and shift management experience
- Vendor management and contract oversight experience
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and compliance standards

- Operations Management: Supervise 24x7 data center operations; ensure uptime and availability of critical infrastructure; monitor electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems; review operational logs, alarms, and event reports; coordinate shift activities and handovers; review and update documen
- Critical Facilities Management: Manage UPS, generators, PDU, ATS, CRAC/CRAH, chillers, and cooling systems; maintain MDFs, IDFs, and FECs; ensure preventive and corrective maintenance; perform infrastructure health checks and capacity reviews; support commissioning and testing; inventory control and
- Incident & Problem Management: Lead incident response and escalation management; participate in Major Incident Management (MIM); conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA); implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Change Management: Review and approve infrastructure changes; ensure compliance with Change Management processes; conduct risk assessments for planned maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise Data Center Operators and Engineers; manage shift schedules and resource allocation; conduct performance reviews and training; develop team competency and certification plans.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with OEMs, facility vendors, and service providers; manage and maintain contracts; review vendor performance against SLAs; supervise maintenance contractors.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and organizational policies; maintain audit records and operational documentation; enforce safety procedures and permit to work processes; ensure physical security controls.
- Capacity & Availability Management: Monitor power, cooling, rack space, and network utilization; forecast capacity requirements; support infrastructure expansion planning.
- Continuous Service Improvement (CSI): Identify service gaps and improvement opportunities; drive operational efficiency; implement corrective and preventive actions; track MTTD, MTTR, SLA compliance, and trend analysis.
- Team Leadership (cross functional): Lead cross functional technical teams including multiple vendors; conduct performance reviews and mentoring; ensure resource planning and skill development; drive operational excellence culture; build training plans; KPI alignment.
