AECOM is seeking a Database Management Specialist V for complex database, PMIS, and project controls work.
The role operates with minimal supervision and serves as a subject matter expert within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform system-wide and cross-functional team management.
- Provide direction for projects and manage work of high complexity.
- Plan and manage implementation and integration of new technologies.
- Mentor less senior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Typically 12 or more years of experience in database administration, PMIS implementation, or project controls systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
- A master's degree is advantageous but not essential.
- Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, PMP, or PMIS-related certifications are desirable.
