SQL expertise : Ability to write queries for data extraction, joins, filtering, and aggregation.

Attention to detail : Methodical approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Communication skills : Clear written and verbal communication for defect reporting and stakeholder updates.
Collaboration : Comfortable working with UK‑based stakeholders across time zones.
Resilience : Ability to manage competing priorities during test cycles and cutover periods.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; 1–4 years of experience in data testing/QA; offshore/onshore delivery model exposure preferred.
