Job Description
The Data and Systems Administrator is the day-to-day custodian of the SFCC backend and the SaaS tools supporting app operations.
The role maintains accurate catalog, pricing and content data and keeps backend operations running for business teams.
The position supports multiple brands including Idealz, Winnrz, Dream Dubai, Modesh and WellPlaid.
SFCC Backend Administration
- Manage SFCC Business Manager site configuration, catalogs, pricebooks, promotions and content slots.
- Maintain user roles, permissions and access controls across sandbox, staging and production environments.
- Monitor system jobs, feeds and scheduled tasks and troubleshoot failures.
Data Management and Integrity
- Maintain product data, categories, attributes, images and inventory feeds across brands.
- Manage pricebook updates, promotional rules and merchandising data accuracy.
- Audit data discrepancies between SFCC and connected ERP, OMS, CRM and marketing systems.
- Create data validation checklists and reconciliation reports for cross-brand consistency.
