Role Overview

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the analytics and BI roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key metrics and decision-making needs.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

Team and Delivery

• Lead and mentor analysts, BI developers, and data scientists.
• Prioritize analytics projects and ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of dashboards and reports.

Analytics and BI

• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Perform exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to solve business problems.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance in reporting and analytics processes.
• Optimize BI platforms and drive automation and self-service analytics capabilities.

Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations stakeholders on departmental KPIs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Present key findings to executive leadership and recommend courses of action.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, business, or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management or senior leadership is required.
• Experience managing cross-functional analytics initiatives is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is required.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker is required.
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is required.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms is required.

Work Arrangement

• The role is full-time and onsite in Al Safa, Dubai, UAE.
• The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
