- Competence in building customer relationships, negotiating with vendors or partners, and representing the company professionally
- Comfort with data driven decision making, including basic understanding of analytics, performance metrics, and process optimization
- Ability to work on site in Bhubaneswar on a full time schedule and adapt to a dynamic, evolving business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field

Role Description
- The Owner at Klyra will oversee overall business operations and strategic direction in a full time, on site role based in Bhubaneswar.
- Day to day responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- The role involves developing and implementing business plans, maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- The Owner will also be responsible for key decision making on investments, resource allocation, and process improvements.
- In addition, the role includes establishing company culture, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and representing Klyra in external meetings and local business networks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or leading operations in a small or mid sized organization.
