Role Overview
The Data Science Manager is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Data and Analytics.
The role combines strategic analytics partnership with analytics engineering leadership to develop enterprise data products and scalable analytics solutions.
The role supports an enterprise-wide data strategy covering governance, data management, a centralized analytics platform, and data literacy.
Analytics Engineering and Data Products
- Translate business needs into scalable data models, curated datasets, KPI frameworks, semantic models, and analytics solutions.
- Design and maintain enterprise data products and analytical data models for reporting, self-service analytics, AI, and operational decisions.
- Define business rules, metric definitions, KPI calculations, dimensional models, and semantic layers for consistent reporting.
