Role Overview
The Data Science Intern will research, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions across GE Aerospace under senior team guidance.
The intern will contribute to machine learning, statistical, probabilistic, operations research, and semantic analysis work for corporate functions.
The internship supports exploratory data science projects and digital solutions.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work with a development team on data science technologies including generative AI, Python, cloud platforms, statistics, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Work with a mentor on allocated projects and analyze, design, test, and integrate components.
- Document technical data generated by the assigned project according to organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present technical data and documents and communicate project results.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Students must be in the third or fourth year of a B.Tech program or the first or second year of an M.Tech program.
- Candidates must be from a CS or IT stream; Data Science or AI specialization is preferred.
- Candidates must have at least 7 CGPA or 70 percent with no active backlogs.
