MRO Training Coordinator

The MRO Training Coordinator leads the fulfillment of MRO shop training obligations to customers globally.

This role interfaces directly with customers and other GE organizations to develop and ensure execution of training programs including curriculum development, proposal execution, asset management, training delivery, and customer invoicing.

This role is a key part in the development of the external MRO landscape for GE and CFM engines.

• Act as the primary focal to interface with customers and GE personnel on MRO training requests
• Manage overall schedule of customer MRO training commitments as well as GE and CFM training assets (engines/modules/piece parts)
• Develop training course curriculum – both standardized offerings and customized in support of customer campaigns - and execute customer training proposals
