Role Overview
An experienced Data Quality Engineer is needed for a major enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality transformation programme in Abu Dhabi.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud, especially Cloud Data Quality and Cloud Data Profiling.
The role is onsite and initially contracted for six months, with a strong likelihood of extension.

Role Overview
An experienced Data Quality Engineer is needed for a major enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality transformation programme in Abu Dhabi.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud, especially Cloud Data Quality and Cloud Data Profiling.
The role is onsite and initially contracted for six months, with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Data Quality solutions in Informatica IDMC, including Cloud Data Quality and Cloud Data Profiling.
- Build DQ rules, mappings, dictionaries, profiling tasks, scorecards, and validation controls.
- Translate Critical Data Elements and business requirements into DQ rules, thresholds, and pass or fail logic.
- Configure alerts, exception management, remediation, monitoring, and rerun processes.
- Profile and validate SAP and other enterprise datasets in cloud platforms and data lakes.
- Use SQL for profiling, reconciliation, source validation, test-data preparation, and defect investigation.
- Analyse completeness, accuracy, consistency, validity, uniqueness, and integrity issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support remediation with Data Owners and Stewards.
- Integrate IDMC with databases, ERP systems, cloud platforms, metadata or catalog solutions, and reporting.
