Data Quality & Application Specialist

Principal Activities: Monitor, manage, and analyses master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Establish and track data-quality metrics, identify data defects, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve data quality.

Create, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and operational requirements.

Support the successful execution of various projects, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.

Manage the maintenance, accuracy, and organization of spare part kits, ensuring information remains complete and up to date.

Maintain and consolidate weekly Sales KPIs, ensuring timely updates to team dashboards and providing clear visibility of sales performance.

Act as an owner for driving process and business improvements, delivering internal training, coordinating system enhancements, and managing the planning, approval, testing, and implementation of changes.

Top of Form Bottom of Form CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Skills & Abilities : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of experience in data quality, master data, sales operations, sales support, CRM/ERP data management, or a related analytical operations role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a technology-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with business applications and data.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build complex spreadsheets, analyses data, and utilize advanced formulas and functions.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Previous experience in spare parts kit management, master data quality control, and special pricing management is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems will be an added benefit.

Knowledge or practical experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is preferred.
