- Support scaling and adoption of global data and analytics products locally, including I4I, CEI, and Todai/Next Best Experience
- Lead hands on requirements discovery and business analysis, investigating underlying business problems before solution selection
- Contextualize analytics outputs with local business realities, interpreting dashboards and models for actionable insights
- Design and develop scalable, automated, user friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Partner with Data Excellence and cross functional teams to ensure data products meet quality, governance, and security standards
- Partner with ICC/GCM for scalable delivery of data products and services
Requirements
- University degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline
- 5 7 years of experience in roles that bridge business and data (e.g., analytics business partner, data product owner, BI business analyst)
- Hands on business analysis and requirements elicitation skills
- Demonstrated experience localizing or scaling enterprise data products in a commercial context
- Hands on working knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), data modelling, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong ability to interpret and contextualize advanced analytics outputs for non technical stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial and medical data ecosystems (e.g., IQVIA, Rx data, patient/PSP data)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

About the Role

- Connects global data and analytics teams with Canadian business stakeholders to drive adoption and strengthen decision making.
- Serves as LOC’s hands on requirements discovery partner, investigating underlying business problem before solution is shaped.
How will you contribute
- Support scaling and adoption of global data and analytics products locally, with accountability for I4I, CEI, Todai/Next Best Experience enablement.
- Lead hands on requirements discovery and business analysis; partner with local functions to investigate and frame underlying business problem.
- Contextualize analytics outputs with local business realities; interpret dashboards and models, verify assumptions, and translate outputs into actionable insights.
- Design and develop scalable, automated, user friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI; maintain dashboard ecosystem.
- Partner with Data Excellence and cross functional teams to ensure data products meet foundational data quality, governance, and security standards.
- Partner with ICC/GCM for scalable delivery; support organization through interpretation of analytical outputs and collect feedback.
What you bring to Takeda
- University degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline.
- 5 7 years of experience in roles that bridge business and data (e.g., analytics business partner, data product owner, BI business analyst).
- Hands on business analysis and requirements elicitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience localizing or scaling enterprise data products in a commercial context.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Hands on working knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), data modelling, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong ability to interpret and contextualize advanced analytics outputs for non technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to partner effectively with data engineers and data scientists.
- Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial and medical data ecosystems (e.g., IQVIA, Rx data, patient/PSP data).
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlog management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Investigates underlying problem before proposing a solution; stays solution agnostic.
