Responsibilities
- Analyze product, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate key product metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support Product Managers in making data driven decisions
- Conduct user behavior analysis to understand customer needs
- Assist with user research activities including surveys, interviews, and usability studies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define business and product requirements
- Contribute to product discovery, requirements gathering, and continuous product improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or comparable role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, BI tools, or analytics platforms
- Solid understanding of key product metrics and KPI measurement frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirements engineering practices
- Knowledge of user research techniques and design thinking frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be based in the UAE at the time of application

Role Overview

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
