- The position is full-time and onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job summary
Data Privacy Specialist responsible for supporting implementation and monitoring of the organization's privacy program.
The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor privacy and PDPL requirements.
- Develop and maintain ROPA.
- Conduct DPIAs.
- Manage Data Subject Rights requests.
- Support personal data breach assessments and investigations.
- Conduct privacy assessments of third-party vendors.
- Support cross-border data transfer assessments.
- Maintain privacy risk registers and compliance evidence.
- Support Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance activities.
- Prepare privacy reports, KPIs, and awareness or training material.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in data privacy or data protection.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.
- Practical experience with ROPA, DPIA, and DSR.
- Experience in vendor privacy assessments and privacy compliance reviews.
