Role Overview
Review and improve data privacy practices, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and protect organizational data assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data protection impact assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with privacy laws and internal policies.
- Monitor and analyze changes in privacy regulations to recommend updates to policies and practices.
- Develop and maintain privacy notices, consent forms, and records of processing activities.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to assess data handling processes and recommend technical safeguards.
- Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders and provide guidance on privacy best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in data privacy compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, or other regional regulations.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits related to data protection.
