Role overview
Coordinate daily data operations activities and support timely, accurate delivery of assigned outputs.
Perform routine and moderately complex production work under established procedures, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
This is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily SLAs, track operational performance, and escalate risks or delays.
- Analyze data and production activity to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support market research operations through data validation, reporting, and process coordination.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final delivery.
- Maintain operational trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate updates, issues, and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present operational updates, findings, or performance summaries.
- Contribute to workflow improvement, process efficiency, and error reduction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data operations, production support, market research operations, administrative support, or related business operations roles.
