About the Role
Norton Blake seeks an experienced Erwin Data Modeler for a 6-month contract in Abu Dhabi, on-site 5 days a week. The role involves designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models, configuring Erwin Data Modeler and Mart, and working with IBM DB2 Warehouse and Databricks Delta Lake.

Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Erwin Data Modeler and Erwin Mart
- Design conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Define and document authoritative data registers
- Develop physical models for IBM DB2 Warehouse and Databricks Delta Lake
- Reverse engineer existing database structures where required
- Ensure full traceability between business requirements and data models
- Work closely with data governance and metadata teams, including Microsoft Purview
- Produce modelling documentation and approval packs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive modelling best practice
Requirements
- Extensive commercial experience with Erwin Data Modeler
- Strong background in conceptual, logical and physical data modelling
- Experience administering Erwin Mart
- IBM DB2 Warehouse experience
- Databricks Delta Lake knowledge
- Enterprise Data Governance and Metadata Management
- Data lineage and traceability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

Overview
- Senior Erwin Data Modeler, 6 months Contract, Start ASAP, UAE, Erwin. We're looking for an experienced Erwin Data Modeler to lead the establishment of an enterprise data modelling capability for a large scale transformation programme. This will be a long term contract (initially 6months), UAE based
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Erwin Data Modeler and Erwin Mart
- Design conceptual, logical and physical data models
