- Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, complex environments.
Desirable
- Experience within transport, aviation, infrastructure or logistics sectors.
- Consulting or professional services background.
- Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East.
