Data Management Analyst

Skills and Competencies

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data management, data quality, data governance, or related analytical functions
• Strong knowledge of structured finance products, including Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities, Asset-Backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Collateralized Loan Obligations
• Experience working with data acquisition, validation, enrichment, cleansing, and Master Data Management initiatives
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze, transform, and manage large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams
• Experience with Python, VBA, automation, or scripting tools is preferred
• Knowledge of project management practices and software development lifecycle methodologies is preferred

Education

Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition, management, governance, and quality of structured finance data to enable downstream products, analytics, and business growth
• Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle for structured finance datasets, including agency and non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized debt obligations
• Acquire, validate, transform, and maintain data to support analytics products and operational processes.
• Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
