Role Overview
The Senior Program Manager leads global programs, change initiatives, and partner delivery models across the Customer Engagement PMO.
The role supports operational excellence, AI enablement, and strategic execution across the Banking line of business.
Skills and Competencies
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, PMO operations, or business operations in a technology, data, or services-driven organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Exceptional client engagement and client-facing communication skills.
- Independent decision-making ability in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
- Working knowledge of enterprise software platforms and digital tools.
- Proven change management experience covering strategies, stakeholder plans, communication cadences, and adoption tracking.
- Understanding of practical AI and automation applications for productivity, collaboration, reporting, and process efficiency.
