Role Overview

Working arrangements
- The role is based at Marlborough Lines, Andover, with an expectation of working in the office at least 60% of the time, or three days per week.
- The position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
Role overview
The postholder will lead Power Platform development and digital process improvement for Joint Aviation Command.
The role supports operational and enabling personnel across the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, Civil Service and contractor communities.
The role includes development and support of the Aircraft Serviceability Report and other prioritised digital-improvement projects.
Key responsibilities
- Discover, map and analyse business processes with process owners and define proportionate future-state requirements.
- Design, build, test, deploy, document and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards and SharePoint solutions.
- Deliver minimum viable products through iterative development, early user testing and controlled scope.
- Provide consultancy and constructive challenge on solution design and delivery methods.
- Maintain visibility of requests, dependencies, live products, benefits and technical debt to support prioritisation.
