Administrative Support

• Prepare, format, edit, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain digital filing systems and process forms, applications, invoices, orders, and other documents.
• Track deadlines, appointments, assignments, and administrative activities.
• Assist with customer records, invoice and expense tracking, onboarding documentation, and other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and internet skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
• Fast and accurate typing, strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and protect confidential information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM and database-management systems, Excel formulas, filtering, sorting, and data validation.
• Experience with calendar management, email management, online research, document preparation, customer communication, invoice tracking, or task-management platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud storage and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.

Remote Work Requirements

• The position is 100% remote.
• Candidates need a reliable computer, stable internet, professional workspace, and reliable access to email and communication platforms during scheduled hours.
• Candidates must be able to participate in video or telephone meetings and maintain information security while working remotely.
