Administrative Support

• Prepare, format, edit, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain digital filing systems and process forms, applications, invoices, orders, and other administrative documents.
• Assist with customer records, invoice and expense tracking, onboarding documentation, and internal processes.
• Track deadlines, appointments, assignments, and ongoing administrative activities.
• Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, follow procedures, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in data entry, virtual assistance, administration, office support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience with CRM and database-management systems is beneficial.
• Microsoft Excel formulas, filtering, sorting, and data validation are beneficial.
• Experience with calendar management, inbox management, online research, document formatting, customer service, invoice tracking, or task-management platforms is beneficial.
• Experience with cloud-based file storage, document-management systems, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar tools is beneficial.

Remote Work Requirements
