Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Input item data, codes, and units into the Dynamics system.
• Enter bills of materials and standard cut files for manufacturing orders.
• Review codes to prevent duplicate entries.
• Record material movements between warehouses.
• Prepare production orders and exit permits with production teams.
• Archive and digitize technical and reference documents.
• Monitor missing item-library data and report issues to relevant departments.
• Ensure entered data is accurate and complete.

Skills

• High accuracy in data entry and information processing.
• Data analysis skills for understanding trends and insights.
• Knowledge of Excel, Access, and other data management software.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies.
• Effective communication and strong organizational skills.
