The Data Entry Operator will enter, update, verify, and maintain company data accurately.
The role requires good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from documents, forms, emails, and other sources into databases or company systems.
- Verify information and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Update and maintain databases and records.
- Organize, scan, and file digital and physical documents.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries.
- Perform data verification and quality checks.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve missing or incorrect information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous data-entry, administrative, or office experience is preferred.

- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,500 to AED 2,700 per month.
