Position Overview
PULSE MENA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Specialist for a remote team.
The role maintains accurate, complete, current, and accessible company information and records.
The position requires independent work, effective digital communication, and careful handling of confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, ERP platforms, and other company software.
- Verify source documents, correct errors, resolve duplicates and missing information, and maintain organized electronic records.
- Perform audits and quality-control checks, process high data volumes, and support data cleanup and database maintenance.
- Retrieve reports, clarify discrepancies with departments, track completed work, and report recurring system or data issues.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, data-protection requirements, and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or relevant training is an advantage.
- Previous data-entry, administrative support, records-management, clerical, or related experience is preferred.
