Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible of scanning all warehouses accounting documents (invoices details, miscellaneous transactions return receipt ext.) on the shared files.
  • Sort, organize, warehouse paperwork and fingerprint data sheet after entering data.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents and reporting variances to warehouse coordinator and supervisors.
  • Deliver the warehouses accounting documents to finance department, sorting and archiving the warehouse documentations.
  • Create REQ. (internal requests) on oracle, against notification email from nursing stores, for auto replenishment plan.
  • Entering the received items quantity on oracle system data base, after completion all required documentations and standards under supervise double checking of the warehouse supervisor
  • Print the barcode stickers for the received items.
  • Follow up the approved document circle which organizes the work in the warehouse.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
  • Preparing and reporting warehouse KPIs
  • Performs other Applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills activities.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent.

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Fast typing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
  • Experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Basic understanding of databases

Specialized Skills

  • Skills computer literate.
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail

Competence

  • Strong organizational, quick typing skills
  • Oracle experience is a plus
