Role Overview
The employer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk cum Sales Coordinator to support sales and administrative operations.
The role maintains accurate records, coordinates sales activities, processes customer orders, prepares documentation, and supports communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer, product, sales, and inventory data in the ERP or CRM system.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery notes, and related documents.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and other departments on orders and deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team administratively.
- Track orders, follow up on pending deliveries, and update customers.
- Prepare sales reports, spreadsheets, and management documentation.
- Handle correspondence confidentially and assist with office administration.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience; freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong typing, data entry, reporting, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Good communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- ERP or CRM experience is preferred.
- French language proficiency is an added advantage.
